Crescendo

Abstract . . . As an artist I am learning that the most powerful paintings leave something for the viewer to fill in. The best representational artists have something abstract or tactile that make their paintings sing. If I spell out every little detail, it is if I am reading a boring instruction manual instead of an exciting novel, where the characters come to life partially due to my own imagination.
