Commission a Special Still Life of Your Very Own
Just send your thoughts and ideas to: jill@jbrabantfineart.com, then we will discuss your inspiration further. You will be involved during the entire process, and will have several compositions to choose from. Once the paintings are completed, you can select your favorite to keep.
My prices are based on size, I require a 50% deposit to begin the work, this covers the artist’s time and materials. The remaining balance is due after final selection of the commission. Please note that prices do not include framing. Shipping costs vary according to the size of the artwork and is approximately $40 (+ or – depending on size and insurance). All paintings are packaged with care to ensure protection from damage during the shipping process.
The Artist maintains copyright of art, even upon transfer of sale.

When you purchase something from Jill Brabant Fine Art, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, and email address.

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about events, new artwork, and other updates.

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

Purchase of a copyrighted artwork does not transfer the copyright. The copyright to produce the works in copies, to produce derivative work based on the copyrighted image, and distribute copies is retained by the Artist. Any transfer of this copyright must be in writing expressly identifying what rights are being sold and for what purpose.
Works of art cannot be modified without the permission of the artist. Works cannot be distributed, mutilated, or modified in any way that would prejudice the reputation of the Artist, Jill Brabant Fine Art.
